GenAISA is a forward-looking Erasmus+ initiative addressing the growing demand for generative AI skills across Europe. The project develops advanced training resources tailored to Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sectors. With a strong emphasis on ethical and responsible AI use, GenAISA aims to empower learners, educators, and industry professionals to leverage generative AI technologies effectively.

Objectives
- Design HE and VET curricula aligned with labor market needs.

- Produce over 100 Open Educational Resources (OERs).
- Launch scalable platforms like MOOCs and Virtual Worlds for immersive learning.

ESI’s Role in GenAISA
As a core partner, ESI is leading several pivotal activities, contributing to the development of innovative learning tools and ethical AI practices:
- MOOC Platform Development
ESI is responsible for designing, launching, and maintaining a comprehensive MOOC platform on generative AI. The platform will remain active and updated for at least five years after project completion. - Prompt Engineering Courses
We are developing dedicated training modules on prompt engineering—enabling learners to communicate effectively with generative AI systems. - Secure and Ethical AI Use
ESI is creating content focused on data safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance to ensure responsible AI adoption aligned with EU standards.
Through these contributions, ESI helps build a future-ready workforce equipped to navigate and innovate in the age of generative AI.
