How can you give AI a useful brief and judge whether its answer is worth following? Join The Art of Delegating Work to AI, a free online webinar on Tuesday, 17 November 2026, from 16:00 to 17:15 Bulgaria (EET) / 15:00 to 16:15 Central Europe (CET).

ICT Cluster Bulgaria hosts the session, with ESI co-organising on behalf of GenAISA, the Generative AI Skills Academy. We will meet on Zoom, in English, with questions welcome in Bulgarian or English.

Ivaylo (Ivo) Gueorguiev, ESI expert and author of the GenAISA Prompt Engineering course, will guide you through three live demonstrations. Using a fictional project running late in Businessmap, he will show how to work with AI as:

  • Advisor: explore possible next steps, their benefits and risks.
  • Analyst: compare options against your priorities and see how the ranking changes when those priorities change.
  • Reviewer: challenge an AI recommendation and check important claims against the original project data.

You will learn how to explain the task, provide context, set limits and ask for a useful result. AI helps you examine the choices; you remain responsible for the decision.

The session is for managers, team leads, project coordinators, specialists, educators and anyone who delegates work or makes decisions under pressure. No coding experience, Businessmap account or particular AI tool is needed. There will be time for your questions.

Participants will receive session materials and a code to enrol in the free GenAISA Prompt Engineering course, so you can continue practising afterwards.

Register for the free workshop. Read the full programme on ICT Cluster Bulgaria’s event page. Your Zoom access details will arrive by email after registration.

GenAISA is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme.
