Why CERT-RMM?
The CERT Resilience Management Model provides a structured framework for improving organisational resilience. It connects security, business continuity and IT operations, helping teams build consistent practices for managing disruption.
ESI’s consultancy uses this framework to support gap analysis, goal setting and assessment of resilience capabilities.
Appraisal scope
ESI’s published service information describes two levels of RMM appraisal:
- Class C: a high-level view of the organisation’s resilience posture.
- Class B: a more detailed assessment supporting recommendations for improvement.
